We are carrying out plumbing and tiling works for the "Winery" project in Kresna, with our activities covering key interior, technical, and exterior areas of the complex.

As part of the project, our team is responsible for installing, adjusting, and preparing the plumbing and sewage systems, tailored to the specific function of each room and the requirements for the facility's reliable operation.

We pay special attention to wet areas and sanitary facilities, where the correct sequence of execution is crucial. We prepare the substrates and surfaces, install the necessary waterproofing systems, and ensure reliable protection for areas exposed to constant or intermittent moisture.

Following surface preparation, we install wall and floor coverings using ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware. The work involves precise leveling, detailing around sanitary fixtures and utility installations, grouting, and final surface finishing. Our primary focus is creating spaces that are durable, easy to maintain, and visually polished.

Our work encompasses bathrooms and sanitary facilities, the kitchen, technical and utility rooms, as well as parts of the exterior—specifically terraces and the veranda—where materials and installation methods are selected to withstand weather conditions and higher operational loads.

Working on a project of this nature requires effective coordination between the various construction processes and installations. Our team organizes the execution to ensure that plumbing systems, waterproofing, and subsequent cladding works are carried out in the correct technical sequence, with appropriate oversight at every stage.
