Complete reconstruction and construction of the disco CLUB MONARCH - Sozopol

We implemented the complete reconstruction of the newly opened disco CLUB MONARCH, located at 9 Industrialna Street in Sozopol.

The project covered the complete transformation of a room with an area of 340 m² - from the initial clearing and construction activities to the final completion of the interior and the coordination of all specialized installations.

In the initial stage, we carried out a complete demolition and dismantling of the existing elements, after which we developed a complete concept for the functional distribution and design of the site. This was followed by the execution of formwork and concrete works, strengthening and reinforcing load-bearing columns, as well as preparing the structure for the new purpose of the space.

Particular attention was paid to acoustic and thermal comfort. All walls and ceilings were treated with specialized sound and heat insulation systems, stretch ceilings were built and acoustic elements were installed, tailored to the specifics of the site.

We performed a complete treatment and preparation of the floors, as well as the design and construction of sanitary facilities, toilets, offices, service areas and common areas. Every detail was developed to combine functionality, sustainability and a modern vision.

Our team also took on the full coordination between the individual specialists and subcontractors. We supervised the design and implementation of the professional lighting, sound system, ventilation, heating and air conditioning, so that all systems worked in sync and met the requirements for a similar type of site.
