Renovation and new facade – Sveta Troitsa residential complex, block 383, Sofia

Our work on another site in Sveta Troitsa residential complex continues — this time on block 383.

The project includes the complete removal of the old and compromised renovation, preparation of the facade base and construction of a new thermal insulation system. After precise bonding and additional mechanical reinforcement, a reinforcing mesh, a putty layer and a final decorative coating are applied.

The organization of the site, deliveries, mechanization and coordination of all work stages are carried out entirely by our team. This way we guarantee consistency in implementation, reliable control and a quality end result.
